Every Video Nasty ranked from worst to best
Maybe it’s me, maybe it’s Maybelline, but I don’t see what’s all THAT bad about this list of the infamous Video Nasties. Maybe if I could go back in time and be that 7 year old that’s excited to join the world of VCRs (our first one weighed TWENTY FIVE POUNDS!) maybe I could understand what the big deal was. Then again, I do have the weirdest taste and questionable (insert word here for not finding “distasteful movies” particularly distasteful).
Looking at these photos, I know good and damn well these two didn’t watch ANY of these movies–you think Vint and Thelma watched Jimmy Laine (Abel Ferrara) put a drill through someone’s head (Maniac) or watched any of the half-assed Ilsa knockoffs (or ANY of the ones after She-Wolf of the SS? Hell and NO. Also, if Snuff is on anyone’s list, that should be reason enough to ignore everything they say because that film’s not nasty, it’s just lame.
In closing–if you’re gonna ban something, at least WATCH IT!
